Lately, me and kakak are reaaaaaally attached to this American Idol contestant from Seattle, Blake Lewis! We've been following his footsteps from beginning til the finale last week. Too bad he didn't win and only became a runner up. But it's ok. He'll make a great deal of record anyway, and i'm really sure i'll buy the cd. He did some great performances in the idol, some great songs he mix-and-matched with his beatboxing sound, so cool! Something new for this talent show. And i always waited for his performance every week, keep wondering what song he would sing and the way he sang it. He's a truly performer, a great one. And one performance i'll always remember is when he sang, "You Give Love A Bad Name" in Bon Jovi week/nite. What a performance, i might say! Great new arrangement, even with his beatboxing! Wow, a standing ovation for him that nite. Although Jon Bon Jovi said, Blake's performance would be like rolling a dice, i would say it's a very good price to pay.
Can't wait for the cd! :)
